This is a 5* B&B in all aspects. Incredibly lovely people provided a very warm welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. It's a well maintained, clean and very functional. The double room was huge and extremely comfortable. The fully cooked breakfast was delicious too with quick service and plenty to eat. Great coffee as well. The location was pretty convenient with free parking and just a moments walk from the town centre hub, shops and restaurants. From our room we even had a sea view across the Wash as far as Lincolnshire!!
