What a stunning property! Looks like it’s been recently renovated, and felt luxurious inside. We particularly enjoyed the comfy bed, bath, large tv and the lovely outdoor courtyard. Our room was spacious, and our dog was welcomed with smiles and plenty of grass outside. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night!

Nice & cozy place with warm & friendly staff that provides respite from the otherwise cold weather! Room is clean & location is close to supermarkets & restaurants. Although the building was built in 1882, the room amenities are quite modern.

The location was just a 10 mins walk to Windermere. The hotel was lovely and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Good WiFi connection. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious great selection the salmon and scrambled egg especially and the ingredients were to a high quality.
