Perfect location to use as base. Excellent and reasonably priced restaurants and bars within walking distance. Spacious and very comfortable rooms - we even had a small table with chairs in the room. We appreciated the coffee, tea and small instant breakfast that was provided. Small fridge was a bonus. Friendly and helpful hosts.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Edinburgh! The location is great because you're far enough away from the madness to relax, but still close to buses and downtown. The room we stayed in was also on the top floor and had beautiful skylights. It was so relaxing seeing the stars as we went to sleep! The owners are lovely and on the property so that was a great bonus.
