Very nice place to stay. A few rooms away from the pub, so quiet but easy to access, comfortable and well decorated. The pub itself is great, extremely nice staff, very good food. You need a car to go to the nearby villages but it's very quick.

Friendly and in a picturesque location. Rooms had all we needed. Cafetières for coffee, iron and ironing board, good hairdryer, fridge well stocked - all in all really lovely stay.

The views were amazing and the location outstanding very peaceful perfect for star gazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the locals made you feel welcomed. Plenty of places to explore. Food was really nice with plenty of drink options available.

What a beautiful village pub with friendly locals & fantastic staff, on arrival I was really early but my room was already available, my room was extremely spacious with TV tea / coffee etc & nice & warm, definitely recommend for a night or two, weekend away etc Thanks to Dave & Joanne for fantastic hospitality & a cracking breakfast

We had a nice overnight stay in the Yard in. Perfect situation for visiting Bath. 😊 We really enjoyed our visit to the Roman Bath and had chilly time in the “beckford bottle shop”. Both the hotel and wine bar are our favourite accommodations.

On a hill overlooking bath (10 minute walking from the centre), this beautiful hotel, nice and spacious rooms, nice decor and rich breakfast. The service is very good and some details add to the experience (complimentary coffee, tea, chocolate).
