The communication with the owner was excellent from the start. On arrival, I sent a quick message and she immediately came out to greet me and direct me to where I could park, which was really helpful. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and had everything I could possibly need. I slept so well in a very comfortable bed, and the whole place was beautifully quiet. Although the property is on a residential estate in Nechells, don’t let that put you off, it’s a real hidden gem. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again without hesitation.

The house was near the UltimaArena and for us it was only 7 mins apart, in a calm neighbourhood. The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were clean and there was no noise in the house or outside. I recommend it.
