Very clean, especially the en suite bathroom. Great location with tube station at the end of the street and buses a couple of minutes walk away. We accidentally left a much loved bear behind and the staff kept it safe for us until we were able to make arrangements to get it home!

Staying at 40th Avenue was such a nice experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The place has a warm, homely vibe that instantly makes you feel comfortable.
