I had a fantastic stay at my landlord's property in the UK. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Our landlord was incredibly patient and provided us with great assistance, ensuring a wonderful experience during our stay. The hosts Cas and Steve are such wonderful and happy people and were the best hosts we could ask for the the property in general is located very close to the lake so one can travel easily by foot and enjoy :)

The location was superb. Right in the middle of Ambleside and a short walk to the many restaurants and pubs in town. Adie and Mandy were very welcoming , so helpful with useful bits of information that made our stay so comfortable and with an amazing breakfast every day, made to order. Very substantial breakfast which keeps one going through the day. They even make great packed lunches to go, if one so desires. We were really satisfied with the overall experience at Brantfell House and particularly so with Adie and Mandy as hosts and we would heartily recommend Brantfell House to anyone hoping to spend a few days in the Lake District.

There was plenty of parking space. The room was rather small, but it was very comfortable. The bathroom was also tiny but functional and with an excellent shower. Good quiet location, close to the village centre.

In the Lake District, Ambleside Central is a tall Victorian building, offering room-only accommodation with period features over three floors. Please bare in mind that there is no lift/elevator.

Spacious clean rooms in the middle of the town. Check in was on point. Parking included in a town that has very limited parking.
