We were greeted by Alfonso, a beautiful, helpful, kind gentleman who told us how to park the car and got us settled in. He was sooo very welcoming and kind. When I comme ted on it, he said that he was just doing his job. I felt, however, that he went above and beyond his duty helping us. The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are beautiful... a medieval building with modern amenities... and the location is excellent! Don't hesitate to book this beautiful, unique hotel! ❤️🙏

The location is ideal, at max 10 min walk from all the major attractions of Toledo and the best restaurants. The staff is really nice and helpful! Very easy code access to the building. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend it and come back.

The room was very ample. It doesn't make you feel claustrophobic. So clean and cozy and the view was like a dream coming true. It had a little terrace. I could see the three streets and still very quite. Bathroom was impecable.

A perfect location opposite the main entrance to the cathedral. A magic interior that makes one feel like in a fairy tale The host is absolutely great and is a mine of information: restaurants, sights and places off the beaten track. Highly recommended!

Immaculately clean, really beautiful design, and they let us leave our luggage in the lockers when we arrived early in the morning and couldn’t check in yet. Amazing location walking distance to train station and to all things in the central city.
