The host was very warm-kinded, friendly and easy-going. My passport was dropped in the reception zone, and he picked it up and return back carefully. The hostel has very good position in Madrid. Within just several minutes, you can walk straight to Sol Plaza and Plaza Mayor, and enjoy the citylife.

Property was good as 3 star hotel, with perfect location and nice clean bedroom, Lobby etc. Staff were very humble and cooperative. All 5 star hotels were next door such as JW Marriott, Four Seasons etc and all land mark locations and party streets are on walking distance.

This hotel is located in the heart of Madrid, into Gran Via, one of Madrid's main communications artery and well-known for its shops and theatres.

The staff was absolutely stellar (super friendly and helpful, thank you!), the location beyond excellent; it is right in the city centre, next to anything that you need, all within walking distance or easy access via the big metro network. The room was clean, good water pressure, all provided. I would definitely stay here again on my future Madrid travels.

Clean, tidy and comfortable place to stay. The staff is very nice and efficient.

The location was excellent . Very central and right in the heart of Madrid . Easy walking to all the good sites. Or Metro lines to all places a bit further out like the Madrid stadium. The rooms were clean and had everything you need and spotless clean. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful .
