The accommodation is clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a cafe downstairs and a nice little garden, and it's in a quiet neighbourhood. It offered good value for money and a great base for exploring Durango and the nearby Urkiola Natural Park. This was our second visit to Errota Ostatua and we'd definitely come back again.

Very convenient location, there was a festival on in Guernica, San Roque, the whole town was in blue and white and danced the night away, which I did too. It was fantastic. And when I went to bed around midnight or even before, I dodn;t even notice the noise as it quietened down. Was really lovely

It is very near the bus stop, it was quiet in the night, everything was fine.

My luggage did not arrive, my fault, and the lady at reception was extremely helpful and kind helping me. My second time at this property. 3 km or short bus ride off the Camino. Very quiet and comfortable.

wonderful. the family that run this hotel are wonderful and friendly . even had a sample of their home made cider which was delicious. breakfast was very nice. the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. the hotel is very well maintained.
