Everything was new, clean and easy to use. Jacuzzi was awesome and everything worked as it should. There is an amazing place to eat just downstairs and tour only a couple of minutes from dozens of cool places to eat and drink 🤙🤙

Great and safe location. Extremely clean and modern facilities. Plenty of space for luggage and shampoo and body wash provided. The host is very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend staying here for short or long-term. Would definitely book again in the future.

excellent location, in the heart of Alicante. Few minutes walk from every attraction. The room was spacious and cleaned. You can help yourself with tea and coffee. It would be nice to have a reception as when you arrive you are a bit confused on what to do. They send you a text with the door code and the floor number but that’s about it. We had to look for someone up and down the stairs till we eventually found two girls who work there. A bit weird but a part from that, we had a pleasant experience!

We very liked the location. It’s 500m away from the beach. Everything is on code so you don’t need keys. Room was top. Better than pictures. Bathroom was so big and also balcony. Bed is comfortable and easy to sleep. If i come back to Alicante i come back to this for sure. Centre of Alicante is 10minutes away with car so its close. Beaches are better here than in center of Alicante. For the beach you need umbrella because there’s no shadow to hide from sun but luckily they provide us with one so big plus. Stuff is super friendly. And also it was very quiet and perfect to rest. Parking is free everywhere in Spain. There are alot of empty spaces in front of apartmant.

If you want to have your own room this is a good place.. The room is small but ok and you will need around 30 min to the beach by the foot , but because of that price is very good compared to shared rooms. And you can use public transport. If you want to be close to the beach - pay more money and get another room. So for this price - excellent choice. Two shared bathrooms ,well equipped shared kitchen and nice bed!
