It's close to everything you need: the beach, bus stop (busses within Larnaca and between cities), nightlife. But the highlight is the landlord - Vasos, who gives his best to make your stay comfortable and who is always in a good mood (even though he's a hard working man).

The property was very nice, we had everything we needed. The location was perfect as it was in the vicinity of shops etc. The staff were exceptional, understanding and very nice with us!

What makes this property special is the hosts, the location, and the cleanliness of the apartment. The hosts supported with anything we needed, were very flexible, and left us goodies upon our arrival at the apartment. We felt very at home and as if we had family nearby. This property is excellent value for money. The location is very quiet and serene, moments away from the Salt Lake and neighbouring park, allowing for beautiful morning and afternoon walks alongside the lake (dry in summer, but with its special salt floor and ecosphere, and full in winter). We were lucky to be there during the autumn migratory season and saw hundreds of flamingos and other water birds feeding in the lake. Also relatively quick walk (20 minutes) to the old town and the beach (beach towels were provided). A couple blocks away are very useful shops (butchers, bakery, grocery store, pharmacies, and an upmarket food shop that sells ready made meals and gourmet foods), and a couple nice coffee shops. Also close to a good gym which offers good value day passes. The apartment was immaculately clean, and had lots of useful things (cupboard items, cleaning items, toiletries, lots of extra towels and sheets). We would love to return soon. A huge thank you to our hosts!!

Good value hitel close to the city centre and 5 nin walk to the beach. Really nice owner. Lots if attention to detail in the room. Good advice for places to eat and visit in town.

I loved how communication amongst us all was pleasant. I also loved the place. It's really beautiful not only kn the outside but the inside too. Proving that the owner took time to make it a better and more comfortable place for guests. I also loved that my room had a cute balcony and a bathroom downstairs, which eased my movement. Generally, I'm a give a 10/10 for me on my stay, and I'd definitely come back in my holidays again It is also easy to find plus the distance is not far from it to the main road if you know your way through.

This is a place with character. Pleasant courtyard. Great antiques in my room. Clean, very comfortable bed. Location is close to the old town and away from the more 'suburban' areas of Oroklini, but you're close to some great restaurants and pubs. You can even go to Bingo night nearby. Great Saturday night for dinner at Voreas followed by drinks and live music at Verochino (may need reservations for both). Casavero is a very relaxing getaway. Easy to understand directions on getting in.
