To say that we both loved this place wouldn't do it justice! Because we adored it! The apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated and sitting on the terrace while sipping one of the delicious juices prepared on the spot makes you feel part of a tropical forest. The activities that you can do around Eito abound. Anyway, if you simply choose to stay inside and relax, you've got what you need - Hannelore has thought of everything, from the small details to the big suggestions and recommendations that make a difference. By the way, this is the right place to be for all vegan travellers (and not only them), as the food is delicious! I've had my favourite cachupa of the entire trip around Cabo Verde here! Thank you for making our stay on Santo Antão so special!

I arrived just after the hotel opened, and everything was perfect. My room faced the ocean — I could even see turtles from there! 🐢❤️ The terrace where we had dinner is beautiful, with an amazing sea view and a peaceful atmosphere. It’s only about 4 km from Ribeira Grande, but it feels like a quiet little paradise. What really made the stay special was the couple who run the place — they made me feel completely at home. Their kindness and hospitality were truly exceptional. ""Morabeza" And the food… wow! The octopus (“polvo”) was absolutely spectacular — honestly the best I’ve had since arriving in Cape Verde and also breakfast was homemade. A perfect spot to relax, enjoy great food, and feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommended! 🤩

The pool and gardin are super nice. Location is perfect close to the city but not at a very busy place. Breakfast is perfect. Personnel is very friendly but they dont speak English.

The owner is really nice. He answered quickly to all my messages and offered to us a earplugs although the street is quiet (neighborhood is safe) but there are sometimes dogs barking or roosters singing early in the morning. We stayed 2 times, first time in the room upstairs, it's smaller but it has everything. The room downstairs is bigger and nicer. Everything was clean. Really good value for money. The location is right in the center.

A very nice guesthouse in a beautiful garden. The location is great. Mercaderias and restaurants in walking distance. Sonia and Nuno the host are really friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Would come again.
