This is a great place very close to many different activities. Supernice and friendly young couple is running the place. Really very helpfull and kind. The place is new, everything is fresh. Great view from the lounge. Old style house feels very authentic. Rooms are small but very cozy.

Tana was an absolute super host! Gave so much valuable local information to help us make our stay really special. She was very generous with her time, going out of her way to take me grocery shopping on arrival. The space lovely and great value for money. Beautiful lush gardens create a peaceful atmosphere. It’s quiet at night. The aircon was very effective and we were grateful to have it. The kitchenette was well stocked with all the essentials for cooking and food storage which helped us to stick to our budget in a country where that wasn’t so easy. The location was great- easy access to the beach and while we had a car, I we could have got by pretty easily without one, especially if we’d rented a push bike. Beautiful walking tracks and natural swimming holes a 5minute walk from the property. We saw toucans, morpho’s and more. Thankyou so much! I hope to be back soon.

Very nice private accomodation with large rooms, comfortable beds and your own fridge. The shared kitchen and dining area are very well equipped and beautiful. You also have a great view from the balcony. The owner is very friendly and helps you with lot of recommendations about places to visit in the area. We felt very comfortable :)

We really loved staying here. Rosa was so attentive, the suite was really nicely decorated, new and super clean. The pool area is really cute too. Felt like we had our own little private apartment, as we also had a parking spot. Super close to everything you might need by foot - bakery, restaurants, bar, supermarket…as well as by car to playa Hermosa and the center of Uvita. Definitely recommend it as a base in Uvita !!

This place is perfect for solo travelers on a budget. It is very clean and has everything you need. Staff was very nice. Really liked the garden and its hamacs. There’s even a few weights if you wanna work out. Iguanas and birds are everywhere ! You might even spot a caiman sunbathing near the pond if you’re lucky 😉 Also, the restaurant has great food and cocktails ! Would definitely go back. Pura vida !

Cabana was in a spacious compound behind the owner's home. Host was friendly and available. The gate to the compound was secured by a large chain and padlock. While I appreciate the need for security, I found it awkward to remember or look up the code for the padlock every time I went out. The cabana was great for me travelling alone, but may be cramped for 2. It was very clean and kitchen utensils were provided. Also a communal fridge was available. Cabana was very close to the beach, with small supermarket and a few places to eat in nearby hostels. Walk into the town centre is about 30 minutes. Overall had a good stay.
