English speaking staff is a real gem for traveling in China. Firstly, before the trip high up the mountain, they were able to warn us about a sudden snowfall, and we were prepared. Secondly, when it was the day of departure, they warned us about the closure due to road repairs, we planned our trip in advance and caught the plane. in addition, free transfer in the morning to the entrance of the national park

The staff are really kind and helpful. They go out of their way to make you have a positive experience. We got welcome waters and watermelon. They even helped us with our laundry and changed the towels everyday. We were always greeted when leaving or returning and the room was spacious.

The whole place was lovely. The breakfast was a treat, and the bath on the balcony was heavenly, quite literally: when the pool lights went out at midnight the whole Milky Way popped into view/

We liked everything in this hotel! The owner Chen, his brother Lee and Coco were all accommodating and really helpful! They assisted us in booking the tickets to the zhangjiajie park, Tianmen cave and glass bridge so we will not have any trouble. They made the tour so easy when they explained everything on detail.. zhangjiajie park is a 20min walk from their hotel, while the bus station to glass bridge is 10min walk. Room was also spacious and clean! Their hotel is highly recommended. Close to everything!

Zhangjiajie Wangyi Inn is only a 20-minute drive from Zhangjiajie Airport. Free WiFi access is available in all rooms.

The room was very clean and had a charming traditional touch. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the person at the reception — by far the kindest and most helpful person we met during our trip. She went above and beyond to help us organize our stay, was incredibly responsive, and even assisted us with other issues we encountered. Thanks to her, this accommodation was truly outstanding. Very tidy and clean room, the accommodation is situated in the heart of Zhangjiaje, on the touristic street which is full of great restaurants. The owner is very kind as I forgot my charger in the room and he's shipping it back to me. Highly recommended if you are in Zhangjiajie

The homestay is located in the forest park scenic area. The environment is super nice. There is a small courtyard and a swimming pool. There is also a small stream in front of the door where you can play in the water. The room was clean and comfortable. The landlady served us very warmly. The boss's dishes were delicious, especially the white-feathered black-bone chicken and cured meat at his place, which was particularly tasty. It was my favorite style. When we went to the mountains for a trip, we took the bus right at the door, which saved us a lot of time. It was a perfect travel experience. I'm very grateful to the landlady for providing us with the travel guide
