The staff is super friendly and helpful. I really liked the vibe, it's social and has an amazing atmosphere. I could not recommend it more. You have great wifi, sockets near the beds, lockers and, depending on the dorm, curtains. You can get breakfast if you wish and also lunch packages.

After a 14 hours nightbus with no heat and only some cookies, and been dropped off at 7am in 3°C outdoor. I hardly walk to Hostal Qachi Chentura. Press the bell, staff invite me in well before check-in time, rapidly offer me a tidy clean and warm room. Even offer me free breakfast.🙏🏻 Truly kind and helpful.
