Staff was helpful and very friendly. Free coffee and fruit in lobby was excellent and free drinks in fridge in room was wonderful.

Excellent location in Winterthur not in the town centre but close to our friends. Cafe downstairs great and staff were welcoming and helpful even though we spoke no Swiss. Roof top gardens and outside areas great to enjoy the city while having your own space. Really good laundry facilities. And lift to get to your room.
