The staff were amazing and very flexible. They delayed breakfast until we returned from our safari. They were always looking out for us. The Guesthouse is such a lovely place. Very warm and welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Very nice hotel complex with a huge garden and a pool to cool off in. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are very nicely furnished with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is very varied and offers something for every taste. The restaurant is in the garden and invites you to linger. There are various dishes to choose from for dinner. I really enjoyed my stay.

From the time I made the reservation,they always responded to my questions and were very kind and made me feel at ease. There is a microwave so you can cook your own meals and there is a supermarket nearby. It was so safe that I walked to the restaurant at night. Optional tours can also be ordered at low prices. Anyway,all the stuff here nice very kind. There are some small insects,but there insecticides and mosquito coils available so there is no problem.

When we arrived there was a group of kids (many :) ) and Neo was really nice and placed us in another location, for not being disturbed. We bookd all the activities with Neo and we have no regrets! The boat cruise safari was a great deal as we had a small boat only for me and my friend! The combo deal was also great! We have seen many animals and the driver was really nice. Thanks for everything We will definitely book with Elephant Trail if we return to Kasane!

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The staff were incredible and helped us book a boat cruise and a visit to the crocodile park, as well as taxis and assisted us with any questions. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and great value for money. They also decorated our room in such a special way as we mentioned we had recently passed our exams. Thank you!

    You can take a shared taxi from the hotel to the city center of Kasane for BWP8 (50 cents). So it is more affordable and quieter to stay at this hotel than in the city. The atmosphere is stylish and very nice. The hotel has very cute dogs and cat friends. The staff was friendly and kind, and when we didn't have BWP money and we were in trouble, they lent us some money.

    Dan was super friendly, communicative and hospitable - it was a pleasure to talk and speak with him. Given the guesthouse's location is not in the city centre Dan very kindly offered to pick and drop me off and took me to the sheprmaket and ATM as well. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. WiFi worked well (5Mbps), breakfast was nice, hot water worked and water pressure was great. Thank you, Dan!

    Warm-hearted host and professional service at a beautiful garden place with back-door to the river. We were specifically nicely helped with the organization of a boat as well as land safari at very fair prices. In addition, we were unexpectedly supported with help as to our ongoing travels. We loved the quiet and spacious terrace in front of our apartment and enjoyed several times the evening outdoor surrounded by the splendid plants and flowers. Very well equipped kitchen.     Enjoyed the stay. The staff was friendly, responsive, and supportive. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. Booking additional services such as Game Drive, Boat Trip, and Victoria Falls visit is cheap (same quality) through the Elephant trails compared to other hotels and resorts. Services are well organized, well communicated, and outsourced with one another.

    The guesthouse is full of friendly staff and guests. Our room was very cozy and authentically charming, almost fairytale-like. The atmosphere was enhanced by a storm and a power outage (which was quickly resolved).
