I usually don't write so much for review, but this location is deserving of the time, because I enjoyed my stay. La Villa Saint Jean is an awesome location, best fit for everything I needed to make my trip memorable, central to all the best attractions, walking distance to dantokpa market, less than 1km to the Cotonou red star square statue, approximately 15 minutes to the airport 10minutes to the beach and shopping mall, 10 minutes to the Amazon statue through the longest graffiti mural in Africa. I can rate them above average on location and hospitality. However, if you're a non french speaker, you'll find it difficult navigating the area. For best experience, map out all your proposed tour sites, plan the itinerary and give a guide. As a plus for leisure, there's an open balcony at both levels, ideal for game night with friends/family ( unfortunately they have only 5rooms) I have to leave something out to raise your curiosity, else I'll continue, but a visit will convince you. I had a lovely stay at the guesthouse. The owner and staff are really friendly. Rooms are nice and comfy. After travelling around togo and Benin - I really loved the bed as it was a soft mattress 😀 the area is safe to walk around and you easily can reach it with a Gozem /zem. Not far from the airport at all. Breakfast is tasty and lovely. Thank you!

Wish I could give this place a 10+! What a delightful inn! The staff is absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and so kind. They took care of everything I needed and connected me with a great driver who took me out to Ganvié, Abomey, and Ouidah. They also took care of my early am arrival and departure for the airport. My room was spotlessly clean with an excellent bed and shower. Food at their restaurant was delicious and well prepared. I loved my stay here.
