Great location! Parking is available for purchase for 20, so is breakfast. It’s impossible to find parking otherwise. Grocery store is 2 min walk, full kitchen on site. Our apartment has its own bathroom. The room is very clean, with a balcony. Very secure with double lock and a wonderful seating area on the ground floor. 20 min walk to historic city and 10 to the commercial area.

The young lady who greeted us was wonderful and offered us a ride on the horses, what an incredible location on Vitosha Mountain with incredible views, and Alpacas, horses, a cow, ducks, dogs and geese honking away, if you love animals this will be bliss, the accommodation was basic but clean and warm, we absolutely loved our few hours there, it's very different in an amazing way.

My trip was a bit challenging due to my flight delay. It's great that there is a self check in for these cases. The room I booked smelled of cigarettes - the neighbors were smoking while it's forbidden. So the owner let me change the room which was great. The toilet broke in the new room and I got immediate responses and within few hours if was fixed. Overall - I enjoyed my stay and it was more pleasant thanks to the great customer service the accomodation provides. They were super responsive and tried to solve everything. The location is great - very central. Thank you for everything 😊

After the staff saw me and my partner in the morning carrying 4 heavy luggages, they allowed us to stay inside their office until check-in time, and they even let us into the room a couple of hours earlier which was a huge help for us at the time.
