We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Absolutely everything The location is great, very close to the centre as well as to the main bus station and railway station The building looks very charming, and inside is full of period characters, beautifully decorated, everywhere is super clean and immaculate The owner/manager was very responsive and communication is great But What really impressed us and make our stay was special was that we left a valuable and sentimental watch in the apartment and when the staff double out we were already in Plovdiv. The owner/manager went through all the trouble to arrange the fast courier for the watch to be delivered to our hotel in Plovdiv on the next day. We were so grateful If you ever visit Burgas, stay here and you won't be disappointed

Host was really friendly, and could see the effort that had gone into making it a comfortable stay - shame I couldn't stay more than one night, facilities were suitable for a longer stay.

Needed a room for a sleep over as landed late in Burgas, and wanting to rest up before onward travel. Owners were amazing, I was late in, but they were very helpful. Room was super clean, and fresh. Perfect for my needs. Very comfortable bed, and only short distance from the airport. Speaking little Bulgarian was not an issue, as they spoke English. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Although refreshments are not included, The hosts went out and got me a morning coffee and some fruit. Would use again. Highly recommended!!

The place was comfortable and is close to the Sea Garden, to the shore and to some great restaurants. The staff is also really helpful and nice.

In the Sarafovo district of Burgas City, close to Central Beach Sarafovo, Izgrev Sarafovo features a casino and a washing machine.

I arrived at about 8 plus am on an overnight train. The owner rushed to clean up a room so that I could get settled in early. Truly appreciate. The property is within walking distance to the coast. I saw both sunset and sunrise. Pure joy to witness the magnificent authority of the Almighty. It is easy to reach the property. Take bus 15 from the bus station behind (?) the train station. It cost 1.50 lev. There is a bus conductor who would give you change. (But this is likely to change sooner or later.) Tell the conductor you are going to Sarafovo and stopping at Radi Nikolov bus stop. (the son of the owner provided me with the information via Booking.com messaging.
