We stayed on July 6, 2024, for 2 nights. We traveled with our puppy and paid a small additional fee at the reception for accommodation with the dog. In my opinion, we were given the best room, and we were thrilled with the view from the window and balcony. We are very grateful to the hotel for this. We are delighted! We want to come back again! The person at the reception was very kind and friendly. At first, we couldn't find our room, but then he helped us. The hotel staff is very hospitable.

We stayed overnight in this beautiful "Gasthof" on our way back from Italy. The rooms were super nice, clean and with plenty of space. The Eppensteiner family was very welcoming and made sure we had everything -- even a great dinner and an equally great breakfast.

Amazing stay in an excellent hotel. The hotel is beautifully situated in the foothills of the Alps. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, and cool enough even without air conditioning (in July). Breakfast was free, and delicious. The best thing was the outdoor pool - so lovely to go for a refreshing dip after being out hiking in the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving numerous dinner and hiking recommendations. Another excellent aspect was access to a free bus into Innsbruck, stopping just outside the hotel, every 30 mins. It meant the best of both worlds - being able to get into town easily, but also having the beautiful countryside and outdoor pool!

Pension Gemshorn is situated in a picturesque village of Hainzenberg, in the heart of Tirol region. A sled track right next to the property can be enjoyed in the winter months.

The place is amazing! The personnel was very nice. We arrived a bit late just in time to eat at the restaurant. The meals were good! The food is rich, so maybe more suitable for winter, but we were very happy with the taste events if we couldn't finish everything :) The breakfast was good too. In the room we had towels, little snacks, soap and small shampoo bottle waiting for us. And amazing view from the room. If we come back in the area we will definitely stay at Pension Gemshorn again!

Short but wonderful stay. The family that runs the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom very nice. The breakfast is very complete and delicious. A pity we couldn't stay more days since the area is beautiful. If we ever return to the area, we will stay here again. Thank you and see you soon.
