It was a super hot summer day (40 Celsius) when we arrived so it was a relief to enter our cool room. The room has everything you need for a night stay. The property is closed to the highway and a shopping center with some restaurants. Owners are kind and attentive. We were welcome with our dog.

A good-value stopover place to be noted, for it provides very comfortable accommodation - in the room I had, the double bed with its thick mattress and soft topper was one of the best I have ever slept in. The whole room was simply but well-furnished and decorated. Excellent wifi and the street outside is very quiet. Parking was not a problem. As the hotel's name implies, the restaurant offers excellent "Backhendl" - a very tasty chicken cooked in breadcrumbs - an Austrian speciality definitely worth ordering. Friendly service and an easy self check-in procedure (provided you have a smartphone with you).
