The place is amazing! The personnel was very nice. We arrived a bit late just in time to eat at the restaurant. The meals were good! The food is rich, so maybe more suitable for winter, but we were very happy with the taste events if we couldn't finish everything :) The breakfast was good too. In the room we had towels, little snacks, soap and small shampoo bottle waiting for us. And amazing view from the room. If we come back in the area we will definitely stay at Pension Gemshorn again!

Great proximity to all the places and excursions we wanted to see. Breakfast was great. the owner and staff were great, making us feel right at home. We knew this was going to be our best stay with a shot of schnapps after we registered. Lovely room, lovely breakfast, stunning location and Christian the owner was brilliant. We used the Gasthof Schontal as a base for travelling to and from Kitzbuhel for a days skiing and the Hahnenkahm races. A half hour drive takes you to Kirchberg in Tyrol where there is free parking and a free shuttle train which takes you into Kitzbuhel itself. Perfect

The location is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Large comfortable family room, nice breakfast, easy parking. Melanie reception was very welcoming and she was very helpful and nice. Wifi was fast.
