lovely family house with located on a heel with beautiful view in the mountains. room is very clean cosy warm and has a balcony. the host is adorable lady that is welcoming you with a lovely smile . breakfast has been prepared on your wish with the eggs of your choice . great value for its service! :) Wi-Fi was working very well (despite few comments in review) - we didn’t notice any issues with it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The entire hotel was spotless, the apartment was very clean. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities here.

We stayed overnight in this beautiful "Gasthof" on our way back from Italy. The rooms were super nice, clean and with plenty of space. The Eppensteiner family was very welcoming and made sure we had everything -- even a great dinner and an equally great breakfast.

The room was beautiful and really clean. The owner was nice, gave us advices on where to eat and helped us with directions. I recommend this place a lot!
