Staff were very helpful, providing information on supermarkets and anything else you'd need to know. Our room was large and comfortable with Air Con in the living room, but not bedroom, however the bedroom still cooled down no problem. The location is quiet despite being above a busy road. It is about 30 to 45 mins from town depending which direction you go, I don't recommend walking due to traffic and it's not a particularly nice walk. We did it once and then took Yandexgo. Nice outdoor area to sit and have a drink though a little noisy from the traffic below. Fantastic restaurant Keghar is 10 minutes walk up the hill, highly recommend going there.

I had a very big room for myself. The bathrooms were clean and it wasn't loud in the guest house. There's also a big kitchen and last but not least, the owners of the guesthouse are very kind!

Really great accommodation. I feel very good and comfortable here. The owners are very nice and friendly. Even though the apartment is outside the center and in an ordinary housing estate, I feel better here than in a hotel in the city center

I like how the owner accomodates the guests. She was so generous. We never thought there would be a kitchen where we could cook ,it saved us some money 🤭😉, and there was unlimited coffee and tea available there. She always brings a lot of sweets during breakfast, delicious!😋 The place was just 10-15 minutes drive from Republic Square and there was a walking distance mall too, a lot of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. My husband and I would definitely book again the next visit to their beautiful country.

Location, 5 min walk to Sasuntsi David train and metro station. It's a very quiet area, the room was big and the bathroom, even though was shared, was very clean. I paid for breakfast and they even offered me cake to take away. The host and her mother were very nice. I arrived at 4 am and she woke up to let me in

We stayed here for two nights. The location is just up the stairs from the main street and brings you to a quiet neighborhood, the entrance is at the yellow door. The main street has many shops and restaurants in case you need anything. You can reach the heart of the center of Yerevan in 8 minutes, it's very accessible. The room and facilities were very clean. The room comes with a fan and the temperature at night was good we slept well. The host is incredibly kind and helpful and will assist you in finding places to visit or eat during your stay.
