The host is a very polite and kind person, and he replied fast. I was even able to check-in earlier than official schedule. Breakfast was also very good, always served on the agreed time. Asine and Garik are great hosts, very welcoming and warm! I enjoyed every moment of my stay at the guesthouse. Spacious room, everything is clean and cosy. Nice kitchen, perfect location (very close to the metro), shops around. Very quiet at night. And - it was super warm in the room and in the whole building!!! It was important for the winter time.
