Really beautiful room and great location. I needed a break from traveling hostel to hostel & it was perfect. The breakfast was good and the staff really nice. I had some trouble and arrived later than excepted and Lusine waited for me & was very comprehensive !

Great place. Comfortable room, everything new, hot water, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel. The room has a shower. There's a shared kitchen and washing machine. The owner is a nice person, he met us and showed us around. I recommend it to all travelers. It's very quiet.

Excellent position, about 15 minutes on foot from republic square, restaurants very near, cascade 20 minutes away on foot. Armenia is a very helpful, kind and smiling owner. The room is like a homestay, that means the bathroom is opposite room and a shared kitchen is outside too. But room is spacious, very clean, it has anything you may need photosas in booking. . Value for money.
