This is a great family accommodation where the owners love the local history and archeology that goes back 5 thousand years. They prepared a great dinner and breakfast for us and ať the evening we had a nice time and talk together. I think this place will show you the real Armenia. This was the best accommodation during the time we were in Armenia.

We were literally very warmly welcome into this authentic home after a freezing bicycle ride in the mountains. Great hospitality of the family with delicious dinner and breakfast in a modest but comfortable house made this a high point in the adventure, that would otherwise be an very cold night in a tent. Great peaceful location, really authentic Armenian village, super_friendly and helpful owners. If you like agro-turismo and see the real country (like we do) - this is definitely your choice ! You can see rabbits, hens, cows, pigs, turkeys. Special thanx to the owners family - we have cooked our barbecue and also booked some local food from the owner - it was amazing! The visitors should definitely book local food from the owners! Also - 700m to the south from the village (5-th km of the main road toward south) - there is a nice "wild beach" on Sevan. Further to the south - on 18km - there is a maintained sandy beach with barbecue place and rest zones.

Thanks! Here's the corrected version: We stayed at *Rancho by HV* for three wonderful days and had a fantastic experience. The property is beautifully located — close to the shores of Lake Sevan, yet far enough from the noise and crowds to feel peaceful and secluded. The house itself is built to a high standard, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. The grounds are spacious, well-maintained, and filled with fruit trees that bear delicious seasonal fruit guests are welcome to enjoy. Although the owners are not on-site, they are highly responsive and helpful. Special thanks to Greta, who is in charge of maintaining the place — warm, welcoming, and exceptionally professional. A truly special place we would love to return to!
