We really liked the hotel — it's small and in a good location. Everything was clean, and the room had everything we needed, even a scale. There were bathrobes and towels for the spa. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool and sauna area were clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the harpist's concert in the evening. Compared to the Hotel Pacifik, where the atmosphere was not that relaxing and your plates seemed to be checked, this hotel was a true gem. ;-)

There are also sporting facilities nearby and tee times at the golf courses can be organised at discounted rates. The location was perfect. We could walk to everything we wanted to see. The room was lovely and large. The breakfast was good, and the breakfast room was cozy and quaint. Parking was convenient and easy. We also enjoyed our delicious Christmas dinner in the Embassy restaurant.

The hotel is just amazing, excellent location, beautiful architecture and great decor, great breakfast and staff are very helpful and friendly, our studio was very spacious and nice. The spa was really beautiful too.

Falkensteiner Spa Resort Marianske Lazne is located in the heart of Mariánske Lázně, featuring 4 outdoor and indoor pools, sauna area and fitness centre. The vast wellness, beauty and fitness area provide a superb possibility for relaxation. The wellness area is great, there are 4 different types of sauna including a hammam. The outdoor swimming pool was heated and the other swimming pools were also great. There is a pillow menu so you could order a scented pillow (pine, lavender for example) which help for better sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a half board stay. The breakfast was very good and so the diner.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The aparthotel features family rooms. Very nice and good hotel! Everything is there, you can cook your own food. Also the biggest plus is that there is parking. If there is a chance to be in Karlovy Vary again, then only the Leopold hotel!
