The host is amazing—she helped me get a taxi, negotiated local prices, told the driver where to drop me for a shared taxi to Botswana, and even advised me on fair prices for everything. She also shared tour company contacts, noted my requests to tailor the tour plan, and passed them to the guide. When I was short on Zambia money, she kindly helped me out. Truly the best host ever. They also have laundry service with a charge.
