These luxury tents are situated on the side of the Simonsberg Mountain, with views of the Franschhoek, Paarl and the Drakenstein mountain ranges. Each tent features a private deck with sun loungers. Very peaceful location. The place was kept very clean and the service was fantastic. Absolutely loved the verandas, with amazing views over the mountain.

Guests will find a refrigerator, kitchenware, a microwave and an electric kettle in the well-equipped kitchenette. The tent also provides guests with a barbecue. The property was excellent, clean and the hostess was so friendly and helpful. Every detail in the tented accommodation was look at everything you needed is there from braai, sleep and ablution is clean and peaceful. It is a safe environment and nature and view is fantastic. We will definitely be back and already sent Peace Haven number to all our friends and family

A warm welcome by Mike and Sandy, who are working hard to ensure your stay has all you need. The kitchen and bathroom were surprisingly well stocked, while the dome itself was comfortable and packed with personal touches that made it feel cozy. Slept like a brick in this oasis. Views are stunning. Night sky is stunning. The hosts have manicured a small trail network on the farm with highlights such as the "labyrinth of love" and the "sea of tranquility". It was a wonderful touch and we appreciated feeling that care and effort went into the property. We will be back!

These tented suites feature a private wooden deck and an en suite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower. From start to finish a fantastic experience - the camp is focused on conservation and reuniting the animals with their home - which we felt throughout the safaris we did. Our guide, Seve, was so knowledgeable and friendly, making great conversation throughout. The food was fantastic, the staff were all very good and the pool was nice after a morning safari!

This mobile home has a fireplace. Heuwelsig Farm Cottages offers self-catering accommodation on a working wine farm, just outside Franschhoek, only an hour drive from Cape Town. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at; not only in Franschhoek, but of all the places I have ever stayed at before. It is very spacious, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The farm and surroundings are gorgeous and peaceful, and the location to the town center is perfect. One could stay here in the winter or the summer, due to the indoor fireplace, hot tub and outdoor braai area. I love that it is also very private. Our host was extremely attentive; responding immediately whenever we asked her something. She was very friendly, helpful, and it was clear that she wanted us to enjoy our stay. We will now be staying here every time that we are in Franschhoek!
