This tent's special feature is the pool with a view. Guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and an oven in the well-fitted kitchenette. The tent also offers a barbecue. We had a wonderful stay at Ndlovu Addo River Lodge. The setting is peaceful and beautiful, right on the Sundays River, with nature all around — birds, monkeys and a real sense of calm. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and thoughtfully set up for self-catering, with lovely little touches that made it feel welcoming and relaxed. Being so close to Addo Elephant National Park made it an ideal base for game drives, while still feeling private and tucked away. The eco-friendly, semi off-grid setup worked perfectly and meant no disruption from load-shedding. Overall, a genuinely special place — tranquil, well-run and excellent value. We would happily return and highly recommend it.

Everything from the views from our window, to the lush accommodation, to the kindest hosts, and yummy breakfast. This place is super special and will always be remembered by us. Highly recommend.

Misty Mountain Reserve ligger i Stormsrivier og har en udendørs swimmingpool, have, et fælles opholdsområde og terrasse. The cocoon, hive and dome rooms are out of is world! Unbelievable imagination and creative talent. No place like this. It was my fourth visit, and I will certainly be back. I can’t wait to stay in a dome room.

We were told repeatedly not to bother with Aberdeen as there is nothing there. However, we had a lovely stoppover with nice friendly hosts. They are working on adding a new coffee shop, so I can only guess the place will be even better.

This Luxury Tent Room has a private entrance with an open plan room with a Double Bed and bathroom with shower. The Luxury Tent Room shares balcony with beautiful views. Marietjie & Mike are great hosts. They can help you to organize for example private Safaris … or have tips for anything you might need. The tents are very nice and we had a fantastic BBQ in the evening. Also felt very safe.

We would especially like to mention the welcome from Christel and of course the very personalized game drives from Collin that makes the experience unique. Located in the heart of the Amakhala Game Reserve, Woodbury Tented Camp offers an authentic outdoor experience in safari tents. The camp overlooks the ancient floodplain of the Bushmans River. Perfekt beliggenhed med udsigt over savannen både fra dit telt, poolen samt morgenmadsterrassen. Vi så næsehorn, løver og flere andre dyr på lang afstand herfra. Teltene var store og du har mulighed for at oplade kamera da der var elektricitet. Der var også aircondition - som dig ikke var så klædeligt i teltet. Campen er indhegnet så man føler dig tryk og de har en skøn pool.

Bush Lodge ligger i naturreservatet Amakala Big Five og tilbyder en intim ferieoplevelse. Der er udendørs swimmingpool, udsigtsterrasse samt en række vildtture og vandreture i bushen. Had to pinch myself....they made me a beautiful cake for my birthday 🎂 Highly recommended 👌
