Such a UNIQUE experience! The ‘White Camel’ is so much more than just ‘Glamping’. All in all, the premises consist of three domes, which are separated by little sunflower beds and far enough apart to enjoy privacy. As soon as you’re inside your dome, you will be absolutely stunned by its interior design. It rather feels like a stylish room in a boutique hotel than a ‘tent’ and it has every conceivable amenity. The room is spotlessly clean with a well-equipped kitchenette (just like the bathroom) and we LOVED the little patio outside where you can find your own fire pit and bbq (plus equipment) 🤩 Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the telescope since the weather was pretty bad (which means that the domes are definitely water- and thunderstorm-proof) but what a great gadget! Although I am a very light sleeper, I didn’t have any problems with the location close to the highway. Inside, you don’t really notice any car. However, in case you do, you’re thoughtfully provided with earplugs by the hosts. Speaking of, the owners are extraordinarily friendly and you can sense that they truly care for their guests. All around your dome, you will find some little goodies. To sum up, I’d strongly recommend a stay at ‘White Camel’. You will experience an unforgettable night 💫

That’s a must if you are around! They have done an amazing job to put up this place there - great vibe, thoughtful touches, super location and view.

The location was amazing and the sunrises and sunsets were magical. We stayed in one of the bungalow suites and it was spacious and clean. There were coffee making facilities but it would have been handy to have some cutlery and plates etc. as it was difficult trying to make a packed lunch for our hike. Would definitely book again.

Amazing little gem! Wished we had stayed longer. We stayed in the Aspen yurt. Very clean and super comfortable. One of the best beds we’ve slept in. Rocking chairs on the patio were a little added bonus and perfect for stargazing at night. We highly recommend Escalante Yurts!
