We arrived at the port with Anne waiting for us; we arrived to her beautiful home to be shown around, provided with an upgraded room and an invitation to spend Christmas together with her and her family. The accommodation was really nice and clean. The room was a good size, and there was a porch to sit out in. The kitchen was brilliant, there were pots, pans, 2 hobs, a fridge and a water dispenser with hot and cold water. The staff were friendly. We were picked up from and dropped off to the pier for a reasonable price by the owner. We also rented a bike and had no issues.

We stayed in the glamping tent, was so comfortable and clean, had air conditioning and fans so didn’t get too hot. Toilets were very clean and modern and only a few steps from the tent. The beach club is absolutely stunning and to have full use of the facilities throughout our stay was such a treat.

Fast communications was a huge plus as we had some problems on our way to siquijor, having travelled at quite a distance by land and sea- this gave us a lot of peace of mind We were also very lucky that we had electricity most of our stay when it is during the time that there are a lot of power cuts in siquijor.
