Offering free toiletries and bathrobes, this tent includes a private bathroom with a bath, a bidet and a hairdryer. Excellent location, on the top of a dune in the middle of the desert. Fantastic 360 degree view. 15 rooms, outside pool very nice, very good half board plan. Rooms are excellent equipped, with terrace overlooking the desert (the fact that you do not have TV it is rather an advantage). WiFi works very well. The manager (Mr Gautam Balram) is very friendly and helpful. From the activities, we would recommend "night safari and star watching" (ask for Faisal as your guide). Difficult to get there with your own car (do not attempt if you do not have a real 4 motion car and you are not an experienced driver). Aim for the sister camp (Arabian Oryx Camp), and ask the reception there to guide you for the last km, since google maps are not accurate. Parking is free. We would recommend to spend at least two nights there. One night it is not enough.

This place is far enough away from everything else, making it incredibly private—there's no one else around. You're truly in the desert. Also, taking an open-air shower with the moon is so cool 😄. The stuff is incredibly hospitable and they will be with you every single time whenever you need them. Mr Salim and his brother Yasir specifically are gentlemen who will always smile ☺️. The people who operate & execute this experience are actually bedouins. Truly wonderful people!!! Special mention to the amazing food that was served. Homely cooked meals met with amazing level of hospitality. I had the best Mishkak here at Moon Light Luxury Camp.

We had an amazing stay at Marbella Bungalows Desert Private Camp! The bungalows are very comfortable, beautifully designed, and modern. The mattress and sofa were incredibly cozy, making our stay even more enjoyable. The bathroom was fully functional, with a comfortable water temperature, allowing us to take a refreshing shower after a day in the desert. The food was absolutely delicious! Chef Mohammed puts his heart into every dish, and you can truly taste the passion in his cooking. Everything was incredibly tasty! A special thanks to the host, Abdullah. He is very friendly, always available, and ready to assist with anything you need. He even organized a small desert safari for us, which was an unforgettable experience!

The tent provides a carpeted floor, as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower. The unit offers 3 beds. It was a very small camp and it was realy nice and comfortable. Everybody was very friendly and we felt very welcome as guests. The food was delicious and fresh prepared. We can highly recommend this place- a perfect place to stay in the desert

Royal desert campはAl Rakaにある宿泊施設です。無料専用駐車場と有料空港シャトルサービスを提供しています。 フロントではアラビア語と英語を話すスタッフが滞在のお手伝いをしています。 全ての旅行者にこのキャンプを訪れることを勧めます。このキャンプの素晴らしい点は、オーナーとスタッフの親切さ、フレンドリーさ、温かさです。海外旅行で宿に宿泊すると、多くの場合はチェックインとチェックアウトの時に簡単な会話しかしないですが、このキャンプは違います。宿泊者を家族として迎え入れてくれます。送迎の車の中や夕食、アクティビティツアーの時の会話は本当に楽しいものでした。 宿泊者は伝統的なスタイルのテントか、小さなホテルのような小屋を選ぶことになります。どちらも素敵です。私は小屋の方を選びました。部屋はシンプルですが、清潔感があります。砂漠なのにシャワーを浴びることができます。充電ができるコンセントも1つありました。そして、テントの近くには休憩所があり、ここに宿泊者が集まります。スタッフとともに、他の国の人と交流することができ、とても素晴らしい時間を過ごせます。私は英語が得意ではないのですが、ここにいる人はみんな親切なので問題ありません。 夕食やサンセットトリップなどアクティビティツアーに参加することをオススメします。どれも満足するものでした。 もちろん、ゆっくり過ごす時間もたくさんあります。 砂漠の静けさと、風を音だけを楽しむ時間はとてもリラックスできます。 そもそも、日本や韓国といった東アジアの人がオマーンは訪れる機会は少ないかもしれませんが、もしトルコなどを訪れるなら、是非オマーンにも行ってみてください。マスカット空港からMwasalatというバス会社が長距離バスを運行しています。空港から、キャンプの最寄りのバス停であるMintarib Souqまでは、往復で4.2ORM（日本円で1600円）。安いです。その先は有料のオプションとして、キャンプのスタッフが送迎してくれます。砂漠を訪れたことがないなら、なおさらオススメです。 オーナーのザック、スタッフのイルファン、イドリース、アーサラン、一緒にディナーを楽しんでくれた宿泊者、全ての人に感謝したいです。私にとって、これまでの人生で一番素敵な宿の時間でした。

I loved everything about the camp: the place, the people, the delicious dinner and the camel ride. So cool! I was a bit skeptical about the comfort of the tent, but in the end it was cozy, clean, and so quiet. The owners of the camp are the best!

I stayed at the desert camp for one night on my own, and it was truly one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. The camp itself was beautifully set up – very clean, peaceful, and with a truly magical atmosphere under the stars. What made the experience even more special was the amazing driver and guide, Ali. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire stay. His passion for the desert and local culture really came through, and he made sure everything was perfect. Even though I was traveling alone, I never felt lonely – just completely relaxed and in awe of the stunning surroundings. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable desert experience! And the food was really nice too.

The refined welcome, the comfortable surroundings, the beauty of the camp with just two luxurious tents, the kindness of the team and, last but not least, the quality of the cuisine did the rest.
