Location and staff. My checked in time was 3 pm I reached hotel by 11am they accommodate me and provided me room early. Front desk one staff I don’t know her name she really helped me alote.security on entrance very active and welcoming.

I got hotel the center of KL.... So easy to go to KLCC and to find whatever you want to eat... The room so clean...so big than i expected.... staff very friendly....so recommended and i will come again for sure....
