It's on the expensive side but what you are paying for is the extensive knowledge of the guide on the safari which is missing in other places. We have both learnt a lot about different animals and behaviours on this safari and it's an experience that will stay with us forever

The individual attention and a caring team made us feel very special. Secluded, overlooking paddy fields. Delicious and authentic Sri Lankan food. Ranil and his team undertook one of the largest study of Sloth Bears so they know a thing or two when it came to the safari. We spent a day ticking off the most wonderful array of wildlife. We were here as a family and couldn’t be more happy.

Situated in Achchamulai, Wilpattu Green Cabin features accommodation with seating area. The property has lake and river views. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Everyone was super nice. It was quiet and they accommodated all my wishes. I wanted to extend for two more days and it was no problem at all. The safari that I booked through them was amazing and the transfer that they organized was perfect. For the meals only option, safaris could be arranged with the camp directly, at an additional cost to be paid directly to the property. Welcome drink and talk from PR person was very nice. Lunchtime meal was fantastic, evening meal was great. We had already booked a morning and afternoon safari, and they were incredible.
