We were hesitant at first to spend so much on accommodation, especially on a trip that was already quite expensive. That said, the few nights we spent here turned out to be the absolute highlight of our three-week journey. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was worth every cent. We loved everything – the warm and welcoming staff, the peaceful atmosphere, the absence of Wi-Fi encouraging us to slow down, and, of course, the breathtaking views. When we arrived, it was rainy and cold, and after a gloomy day at Kawaguchiko, we didn’t expect much as we headed uphill to the glamping site. But walking into our lodge, we were immediately stunned by the view even without Mount Fuji in sight. Arriving soaked and chilly, we really appreciated the cozy, heated lodge and the well-equipped kitchen that let us easily prepare a warm meal. The next morning, Mount Fuji finally revealed itself, and the view became truly spectacular. Honestly, we could have spent the entire day just soaking it all in and still been amazed every time we looked around. While we did head down for a bike ride in the town, staying put would’ve been just as satisfying. This stay came at the midpoint of our trip, and it was exactly the reset we needed. Since the transportation is organized by the property and there’s no Wi-Fi, you naturally return earlier and slow your pace. After days of rushing to “see it all,” the change of rhythm was a gift.

The place was as shown in the picture. It was very spacious and very clean. Very well equiped with all the electronics appliances especially if u want to do your own cooking. The bathtub with zakkuzi was amazing! Very satisfied with the stay!

The tent provides air conditioning, a dining area, a terrace with garden views as well as a shared bathroom featuring a shower. The unit offers 2 beds. The tent is spacious, comfortable and clean. Well equipped with indoor (e.g. board games) as well as outdoor games (e.g. badminton, kids archery, etc), great facilities. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Had great time at the campfire arranged by the staff.

This air-conditioned mobile home comes with 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a bidet. The mobile home features a seating area. The unit has 3 beds. We stayed for 2 nights from April 5, 2025. Luckily we got a big room with a great view of lake Yamanaka and Mt Fuji. It’s a Japanese style room. We stayed on the 2nd floor of the bldg adjacent to the main building where the shared bath (one for men and one for women) located. The shared bath has 5 showers and a rectangular tub for onsen (water temperature is very hot in the onsen). There are 3 toilets on the 2nd floor in our bldg shared among 4 rooms. The toilet rooms are very small. There are 2 sinks next to the toilet rooms. Everything was very clean and functional. There’s a big refrigerator and hot water dispenser with tea & coffee right outside our room. The owners are very nice and kind. They don’t speak English but used a phone with translation app so there’s no problem communicating. Highly recommended to order both breakfast and dinner here. Pay cash in advance when order with the owners. 1000 JPY for breakfast and 2000 JPY for dinner for one person. The food was plentiful, delicious and gorgeously displayed. There are steps away from Hirano beach where we took many beautiful photos of the sunrise on Mt Fuji. The hotel is 2 minutes walk to Hirano bus stop.
