They also offer discounted ski lift passes, which is a great bonus for skiers and snowboarders. But what really made my stay exceptional was Taka’s hospitality. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, making sure everything was smooth from start to finish. His pick-up and drop-off service was a lifesaver, and he even helped carry my heavy luggage to my room and onto the car—something that not every hotel would do. His warm and welcoming nature truly made me feel at home, and his dedication to making guests comfortable is beyond impressive. If you're looking for a hotel with great location, excellent facilities, and outstanding hospitality, Hotel Soyokaze is the perfect choice. I would absolutely stay here again!

We didn't mind walking to the separated bathroom as it’s all apart of the adventure! They are thoughtful in the way they think of everything for you. Such as the defrost ice spray for our car and the outdoor jackets for our bathroom trips, they’ve thought of it all.
