The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful, in particular a big shout out to Karim who - without me asking - got up before me to make sure I didn't sleep through my sunrise balloon pickup. I was sceptical about being in a camp at first, but the security is very good. There are cameras, a 24h guard and I could lock my hut. All in all I absolutely adored it, and it's amazing value for money.
