Location was at centre of all shopping complex,host Nicole & team was very accommodating & very genuine as with all locals in Puerto Natalles.Its a very unique set up if you're into camping & meeting like minded people regarding tackling the "O" or "W" track especially if one couldn't make reservation for campsites,Nicole was very helpful in negotiating this problem with me as she herself & husband are both pro hikers themselves.I have no negative but all praise for their professionalism & dedication towards their business but foremost in looking after their clients & their well being while being there.Cheers Nicole

The cabin was just beautiful and so well designed by the owner, it had everything we needed and stayed so warm at nighttime. The owners are really friendly and very willing to help with whatever you need. There is an amazing troop of cats 🐈‍⬛. They are really friendly and entertaining. The views are indescribable, it is remote and entirely worth the drive. If you wake up early you can enjoy the sunrise.
