The property and staff were exceptional (Emilio, MJ, Roman). The property was conceptualized and kept to have a very small impact on the environment, allowing the guests to have a full Patagonian experience. We experienced most of the elements, the hike up/down, sun, rain, rainbow, starry night, exceptional view of Chalten, and of course 115kph gust of wind during your sleep. For someone who loves the outdoors - this is your refuge in Patagonia with comfort without missing out on the “experience/adventure!” Oh, without forgetting the food - had the best “Banana Split Cake!” Highly recommended if you’re looking for a different level of Patagonian experience!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The food was out of this world delicious! The area was so beautiful to explore and close to hiking trails. The staff made a fire for us every night and put hot water bottles to heat our bed. We had a beautiful time in our clean, cozy, stylish room enjoying a view of Fitz Roy and the beautiful surroundings. Thank you so much Camp Chalten!!!! P.S. They gave us champagne for our anniversary! Such a nice little surprise!! 🫶🙏☺️

This tent has a mountain view, fireplace and seating area. Displaying panoramic views of Fitz Roy hill, Patagonia Eco Domes provides accommodations in El Chalten. Our stay in Eco Domes was just perfect, can't recommend this property enough!. We went there for our last destination in our honeymoon with the objective to relax and enjoy, and Eco Domes really exceed the expectations. (1) Staff was AMAZING! They were all incredible accommodating and welcoming even before we got to the property. They helped coordinate transportations and guide us on best ways to do "Laguna de los 3" hike. (2) Location was perfect to disconnect and enjoy nature. They property is ~1 mile from "Sendero Pilar" which leads to the Fitz Roy, so we were able to do a different hike with less people for most part, being able to enjoy the trip. (3) Food OMG it was top notch, the menu and the quality of the food was incredible. Really good options for dinner and great variety for breakfast. The domes itself are beautiful and have a direct view to the Fitz Roy which was the cherry on the top. We stayed for 2 night which gave us enough time to be able to enjoy the property.

Staff gave us great ideas about which routes to take beforehand. Food at the camp was nice. The views of the Fitz Roy and the river behind the camp were amazing. Tents were comfy and clean.

This trailer home is set in a fully refurbished train boxcar, equipped with kitchen facilities and a TV. The trailer was so cosy! We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The bed was really comfortable with thick duvet and lovely pillows. The trailer was bigger than expected with a full on kitchen (they have a few things to cook which was really handy) with a fridge, a kettle and a hob, they also offered tea and coffee which was lovely! The bedroom is perfect for two and there’s an entire storage area where you can unpack and feel at home. The toilets were separate from the shower which is good. We had really hot water but bear in mind that the boiler is very small so you can’t spend hours in the shower. In saying that that didn’t bother us at all. The location is ideal, 5 mins from the station and from the Main Street. There’s a cheap supermarket down the road (not on the Main Street). Would 100% recommend!!
