We experienced most of the elements, the hike up/down, sun, rain, rainbow, starry night, exceptional view of Chalten, and of course 115kph gust of wind during your sleep. For someone who loves the outdoors - this is your refuge in Patagonia with comfort without missing out on the “experience/adventure!” Oh, without forgetting the food - had the best “Banana Split Cake!” Highly recommended if you’re looking for a different level of Patagonian experience!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! The food was out of this world delicious! The area was so beautiful to explore and close to hiking trails. The staff made a fire for us every night and put hot water bottles to heat our bed. We had a beautiful time in our clean, cozy, stylish room enjoying a view of Fitz Roy and the beautiful surroundings. Thank you so much Camp Chalten!!!! P.S. They gave us champagne for our anniversary! Such a nice little surprise!! 🫶🙏☺️

Great opportunity to camp without bringing any additional equipment on our hike and visit Laguna de los Tres at sunrise. Staff gave us great ideas about which routes to take beforehand. Food at the camp was nice. The views of the Fitz Roy and the river behind the camp were amazing. Tents were comfy and clean.
