All the staff are very pleasant and accommodating, impressive Emirati hospitality, they made sure we are having a great time. Even the camels and horses are extra friendly! 😀 Special mention to Taj (guide), Aziz (camel ride) and Almas (driver), all made our son so happy. Thank you! Also enjoyed the star gazing, night show, delicious dinner, relaxing night cap, breakfast spread, all the works... Thank you for the wonderful and unforgettable experience for our family.

Ubytovanie 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central sa nachádza v Dubaji 19 min. chôdze od miesta Svetové obchodné centrum Dubaj. We arrived very early morning into the hotel (by metro from the airport). It was really hot, but it was easy to find (cca 10-15 minutes from the metro station). The receptionist welcomed us with a huge smile and it was great to experience the hospitality. We checked in quickly and an amazing room was assigned to us on floor 4. Until we waited for our room, we had a nice coffee and also Yasmin, the manager came and also welcomed us very kindly😊 The room was amazing! The cleaning team (Ali - I apologies if I miss to mention someone who also did a great job during our stay - and all of the team members were invisible, only the result was visible) came every day and made an awesome job! We really enjoyed the swimming pool on the 6th floor with the fantastic view to the “most beautiful building on earth”! We tried all the restaurants (Ernst was the favorite😊), Bars and the room service as well. All were genius and covered all the flavor what we loved! I would like to mention the Breakfasts! The ladies, who welcomed us every morning were amazing! Very kind, very patient, very organized. Fresh omlette and shakshuka was really delicious every day, but everything very nice and delicious (bread pudding was one of the best😊) We also lost our cell phone in a taxi, but Frances and the security team helped us a lot to file a claim, to get the taxi plate number and to get the phone back within 2 hours! Obviously RTA was also very supportive, so a huge thanks for everyone once again. I had no doubt that we will get it back, it was only the question of time! We met with Royal Adventures in the lobby via Zohaib, who provided us a very kind support (tickets, tours) So I would like to say a huge thanks for all the Hotel employees for their kindness and hospitability what we never experienced before during our travels (different countries). We will try to go back, I am sure, so hopefully we will see everyone again soon!
