New ZealandWe stayed in a tent and it had super comfortable matresses and snuggly blankets. The kitchen was well equipped and Wifi was perfect. Amir was a great host and the hostel had a very family vibe, we didn't want to leave. It is a 40-ish minute walk to town or when we were feeling lazy a taxi cost us 4 USD. There is also a well stocked Mini Super about a 15-minute walk away if you need groceries

I absolutely love returning to this hostel! The location is so tranquil, beautiful settings, and accessibility to great nature excursions. Carlos and the staff are so very gracious and accommodating, it feels like a home away from home. I always stay in the giant tents and love that they have real and comfy mattresses to sleep on. Highly recommend this mountain sanctuary!!
