I can't put in words what a magical experience it was. I'll never forget this place.its Eden and paradise on this earth . The staff was making me feel like family. Will miss this place .special thank you to Sergio and immanuel ! Will miss the bon fires and the laughters

Nothing, did not stay at the facility due to extreme noise from generator. Had to find a new hotel at the last minute and leave out, no refund was provided even after promised.

A unique experience ! It is not the first time we travel to tulum,and this time we were amazed.... the rooms "bubbles" are wonderful,very functional,the bathroom is comfortable,you sleep perfectly on the mattress,sheets,towels,everything quality. The products used are eco friendly,like shampoo etc . the view is magnificent and it is like being immersed in nature. Very reminiscent of the real essence of tulum,astral is surrounded by trees and lots of nature. The sound of the birds,the sea,make you relax so much . The restaurant is great,there are many varieties of dishes with vegan and vegetarian options,all fresh and organic. The service is great,all the staff is always attentive for whatever you need,wendy and samara from front desk are very nice and help you for excursions or transportation,there is also free private parking for guests. Astral is really a big family !!!! The beach club is amazing,the sunbeds and poufs are very comfortable,there is also a reading area and games ... The beach club is open to the public and you can even spend a day there,and although there are people not staying in the hotel the attention is always impeccable … every day they clean the beach and are very careful to make sure everything is spotless. There is a sunscreen station,eco friendly and free,that you can use as much as you want,really we appreciated this form of respecting the environment and preserving it. You don't find such authentic places in tulum anymore. We are really happy and will definitely come back to astral.

The tent was well furnished. The location is dreamy. The bathrooms were really clean. We really liked the ocean view and all the features the hotel has.

The bed was super comfy, bathroom had good hot water, coffee and water available everyday. Great location, very close to everything. The size was much bigger then I expected, it was a great big room! Fans and air conditioning in the room, plus hair dryer on request.

- Alternative peaceful safe place on the beach next to the sea - I thought I will live in a tent but they gave my a tiny wood house - Nice owners - Clean bathroom everyday

The staff are the stars here. Loved the way how helpful they are. Anwar is the guy you need for information. Really enjoyed swimming in the cenote on the hot days and swimming in the ocean early in the morning with the pelicans.). The bathroom was very spacious and natural.
