I had the pleasure of staying at this eco-lounge camp in Haputale, and though I wasn’t able to stay at the actual campsite, the host went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. Right away, he proposed a cozy room alternative with the most breathtaking view – a truly beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. The host’s kindness and attention to detail made my stay incredibly comfortable. He arranged all my tuk-tuk rides, making it easy to explore Haputale without any hassle. He also gave me fantastic recommendations for things to see and do in the area, helping me make the most of my time there. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated how he checked in on me throughout the day, ensuring I felt safe and supported. His thoughtful care made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued, adding a personal touch to my stay that I’ll always remember. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and a host who truly cares about your experience, I highly recommend this eco-lounge camp. The staff is very friendly, I really liked the environment, their food, the BBQ jungle at night, the music and the types of food. Especially the train ride was very beautiful. And the campfire was a new experience, the mountains in the distance are very beautiful.😍👌💯

We really enjoyed the experience, the hotel is 20min from the center of Ella, and its amazing to be a bit outside of the crowded city. Perfect for relax and disconect and enjoy also the activities of Ella. We will come again for sure. The personal like Gavan were really helpful and kind!!!

was absolutely amazing! the location, the rooms, everything was perfect. the owner was very kind, we loved her pets, especially her dog bubbly. we also had breakfast in the morning that included pancakes, fruit, eggs, bread, coffee, everything was perfect.

A wonderful place with the spirit of a festival. It is a little outside of Ella. The scooter ride is also fun, tho. The owner and staff are exceptionally helpful and have a lot of interesting stories to share. They even have a DJ booth where guests can play. Loved the lighting at night.

Surround very nice. It’s an eco friendly place with clay houses, trees and mountains views. Place is more suitable for Nature lovers. Birds , squirrels 🐿️ are always singing. I went there with my mum. She also very happy. Staff is very helpful & friendly. They arranged transportation to see all over the Ella area.

This is one of the best locations I’ve visited so far. Situated in a very remote area where there’s limited access to outer world. You have to take a basic nature trail to reach the destination which my family enjoyed much. once you entered the premises it’s like you stepped into another country. Very calm and peaceful environment so we need to adopt to the destination. I recommend this place to all nature lovers who look for places where you can blend with nature. Limited electricity so prepare yourself with backups. (power banks, flashlights, ect)
