Beautiful suites, we loved the shower with an indoor and outdoor part. The terrace was nice and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The host and the staff were incredibly friendly, the complimentary breakfast at Naked Foods next door was delicious. Access to the beach directly from the hotel was easy (there is a short walk through a strip of forest but that is the case for all hotels there). Overall a great experience and we would definitely return.

The proximity to nature. Staff calls you by first name the pool was very cool high up. The kickboxing class I attended was very fun.

Argdivan Beach Hostel in Sámara is an absolute gem! The location is incredible, right next to the beach, and the atmosphere is super welcoming and chill. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and they are a great resource for local tips. Everything is clean, and the common areas are perfect for meeting new people. We loved this lodge. The moment we arrived to Samara, Denis reached out and explained how to get there. Waze works best in Costa Rica. Also if you rent the car, make sure to rent a higher one because some roads are pretty bumpy and you would need to push it. But it’s normal there. Once we arrived, they met us by the entry with warm hello, showed us our place, greeted and let us be. Breakfast was delicious and very thoughtful, based on our needs. Denis was so helpful. He answered all our questions, always within minutes replies to my messages. He also recommended bunch of places. Our lodge was clean and replenished daily. The view is great, private. Overall amazing stay! Highly recommend. Lovely owners! Thank you guys!!!!!!
