The staff do not speak English but to get around this they use a translator app (and so should you) making communication easy. The staff are kind and helpful in answering questions, the Housekeepers friendly and approachable providing whatever I may have needed. Breakfast is excellent with various choices. My room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed staying at the Bloom Hotel very much!

We got to see the drone show straight from our balcony and it was gorgeous.A marvelous experience overall! We got to go in at around 1 o'clock in the afternoon and were very happy about it after a long flight.
